What it does
- What it reads
- Google Drive meeting transcripts (only the files you choose), transcript files you upload (.vtt, .docx or .txt from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Otter or Fireflies), and WhatsApp chats you export. For WhatsApp, it reads text only; photos, voice notes and other attachments are never read.
- What you get
- For each person you confirm: how they tend to communicate, the moments it noticed, and two or three ways to approach them next time.
- How sure it is
- Every read shows how confident it is and how many moments it's based on. You can accept, edit or reject any read.
What it is not
- Not a test
- It isn't a personality test and doesn't label people with types or codes.
- Not for decisions about people
- It isn't for hiring, firing, performance reviews or ranking people. There is no employer view.
- Text only
- It doesn't analyze audio, voice or emotions.
Privacy
- Who sees your reads
- Only you. Nothing is shared with your employer or with the people in the conversation.
- Where your data is
- Stored and analyzed in the EU, on Google Cloud in Belgium. Conversation text isn't used to train models.
- Deleting
- Delete a conversation, a person or everything at any time.
